1、用戶應根據(jù)我公司供給的根底材料圖，進行混凝土根底施工。根底的裝置面，應包管在同一水平面上，酸霧洗滌塔底腳須知螺栓或沓接固定在根底的鋼板上。

5、 酸霧洗滌塔有必要有專人職責辦理，常常查看風機工作能否正常，液位能否政黨液位箱中浮球開關能否正常，溶液濃度能否在規(guī)則規(guī)模等等，如發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，應及時處置。

6、為保證貯液箱中液位，避免開關風機時導致液位升降，有必要在敞開風機后，敞開浮球供水閥，封閉風機前，先封閉浮球供水閥。液位高度靜態(tài)應控制在離地650mm左右為宜。

1、 酸霧洗滌塔宜安裝在高出地面100mm以上的混凝土基礎上，水泵、風機應按要求另作混凝土基礎。

5、吸收塔底部水池有液位標記，使用前務必按液位標記注入吸收液。使用過程中應注意補充吸收液。

6、使用時應先開循環(huán)水泵2~3分鐘，再開鼓風機，停機時，應先停鼓風機1~2分鐘后，再停循環(huán)水泵。

7、應根據(jù)使用情況定期檢查塔底部水池內(nèi)液體酸性濃度及排出氣口氣體凈化程度，超出標準時，應更換底部水池中的吸收液。
